ESKA Performance Lab: The Karate Body
The Karate Body: Foundations of Mobility, Stability and Injury Prevention
The Karate Body is a structured physical education Performance Lab designed to help adult Karateka build and maintain a body that can train comfortably, consistently and with confidence. Across four focused sessions, you will learn why common aches and injuries occur, how to improve mobility and strength without overloading, and how to warm up, recover and manage your training for long-term physical longevity both in and out of the dojo.
This course is open to all adults and is particularly suitable for older adults, returners, beginners, or those wanting structured supplementary training to support their Karate.
Course Dates:
Tuesday 24th March, 7:30–8:30pm
Tuesday 31st March, 7:30–8:30pm
Tuesday 7th April, 7:30–8:30pm
Tuesday 14th April, 7:30–8:30pm
This is a four-week block and booking secures your place on all sessions.
Due to the focused, small-group nature of the course, spaces are limited to 8 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the course is fully booked please email ethan@eska.co.uk to be added to the waitlist.
