Stances Without Strain: Strength, Endurance and Efficiency in Movement
Stances Without Strain is a performance-focused course designed to develop the strength, endurance and efficiency required to move in and out of Karate stances powerfully, while reducing unnecessary strain on the knees, hips and lower back.
This course is open to all adults and is particularly suitable for intermediate grade (and above) students with a good understanding of the basic stances, who are looking for structured performance-focused training alongside their Karate.
Course Dates:
Tuesday 24th November, 7:30–8:30pm
Tuesday 1st December, 7:30–8:30pm
Tuesday 8th December, 7:30–8:30pm
Tuesday 15th December, 7:30–8:30pm
This is a four-week block and booking secures your place on all sessions.
Due to the focused, small-group nature of the course, spaces are limited to 8 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the course is fully booked please email ethan@eska.co.uk to be added to the waitlist.
Booking deadline: Tuesday 10th November 2026 at 11:30pm, or earlier if the course reaches capacity.
