Jump, Land, Move: Plyometrics for Karate

Jump, Land, Move: Plyometrics for Karate is a Performance Lab course designed to help older juniors improve explosiveness, control and footspeed for both Kata and Kumite. Across four structured sessions, students will develop their ability to generate power efficiently, change direction quickly and move with greater confidence and coordination.

This course is open to juniors aged 11–15 and is particularly suitable for higher grade students who want to sharpen their movement for Kumite, Kata and competition.

Course Dates:
Tuesday 22nd September, 6:15-7:15pm
Tuesday 29th September, 6:15-7:15pm
Tuesday 6th October, 6:15-7:15pm
Tuesday 13th October, 6:15-7:15pm

This is a four-week block and booking secures your place on all sessions.

Due to the focused, small-group nature of the course, spaces are limited to 8 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the course is fully booked please email ethan@eska.co.uk to be added to the waitlist.

Booking deadline: Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 11:30pm, or earlier if the course reaches capacity.
