ESKA Open Squad Trials

Our next Open Squad Trials are on Friday 6th December 2024 at The Dojo Norwich from 6:15-7:45pm.
The session is open to all ESKA members aged 6 years and older and are Red Belt or above.
The session format will be warm-up, Kata and Kumite, these sessions will not count towards your grading lessons and are free of charge. We will be covering all aspects of competition karate in preparation for national and international events with the view for ESKA Squad members representing the Traditional Shotokan Karate UK (TSKUK) National Squad.
You will need your hand pads, gum shield and a drink for the session.
