The session format will be warm-up, Kata and Kumite, these sessions will not count towards your grading lessons and are free of charge. We will be covering all aspects of competition karate in preparation for national and international events with the view for ESKA Squad members representing the Traditional Shotokan Karate UK (TSKUK) National Squad.
You will need to wear your karate Gi and bring a pair of hand pads, a gum shield, and a drink to the squad session.
