SUMMARY:ESKA Performance Lab: Fast Starts and Quick Steps
DESCRIPTION:Fast Starts and Quick Steps \nFast Starts and Quick Steps is a Performance Lab course designed to help younger juniors improve acceleration\, stopping control and quick footwork for Karate. Across four structured sessions\, students will develop faster reactions\, better coordination and more confident movement. \nThis course is open to juniors aged 6-10 and is particularly suitable for higher grade students who want to sharpen their movement for Kumite\, Kata and competition. \nCourse Dates:Wednesday 16th September\, 4:15-5:15pmWednesday 23rd September\, 4:15-5:15pmWednesday 30th September\, 4:15-5:15pmWednesday 7th October\, 4:15-5:15pm \nThis is a four-week block and booking secures your place on all sessions. \nDue to the focused\, small-group nature of the course\, spaces are limited to 8 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come\, first-served basis. If the course is fully booked please email ethan@eska.co.uk to be added to the waitlist. \nBooking deadline: Wednesday 9th September 2026 at 11:30pm\, or earlier if the course reaches capacity.
